Richard W. Kuhn

Managing Partner

A founding partner of Kuhn & Heap, Mr. Kuhn earned his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Bradley University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1975. He earned his law degree, with honors, from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law, in 1978.

Mr. Kuhn concentrates in Estate Planning, business organizations and Real Estate law. In addition, Mr. Kuhn is a former associate Co-Editor of the Real Estate Council and was a founding member of the Elder Law Council of the Illinois State Bar Association. He also has many articles published in various legal journals.

Mr. Kuhn is a frequent speaker on legal issues and has served and continues to serve on many charitable and community related boards.
