Theresa concentrates her law practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and residential and commercial real estate. Theresa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University. She continued her education at DePaul University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor, with distinction, with a certificate in taxation in 2013.
Prior to joining Kuhn, Heap & Monson, Theresa practiced at a law firm in Will County. Theresa was born and raised in Channahon, Illinois and currently lives with her husband in Plainfield.
